About the role
We are currently recruiting for two full-time temporary (until March 2025, with possibility of extension) positions in our Wollongbar Children’s Education & Care team:
- Teacher of Education Support
- Teacher of Early Childhood Education& Care (ECEC)
Successful candidates will help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process, delivering educational programs that enable students to achieve their best outcomes.
About You
We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following essential requirements:
- Education Support Discipline: Bachelor of Education, Primary / Secondary (minimum / equivalent)
- ECEC Discipline: Bachelor of Education / Teaching, Early Childhood (minimum / equivalent)
- Certificate IV TAE40122 / TAE40116 or equivalent, or a Diploma / Degree in Adult Education
- Three years post-qualification experience in the Education sector (minimum), gained no longer than five years ago
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills

This is a child-related position. A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for anyone in child-related work. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of workplace misconduct.
