Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Assistant to join our hard-working team based at our Paramatta office. You will be supporting the wider team, including our business leaders, and directly supporting our Head of FM for NSW/ACT.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1-1 administrative support to the Head of FM
Provide administrative support for the efficient running of the state/ branch/ contract
Book and prepare meeting rooms
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting
Re-stock office and kitchen supplies
Take meeting minutes
Working to the office HSE calendar
Actioning office maintenance requests
Working with our team on tenders and bid documents
Support and coordinate our upcoming office move
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Team or Administration Assistant with an unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Intermediate MS Suite skills
Cert III in Business Administration, desired but not required
