Key duties and responsibilities:
- Provide 5* customer service
- Reply to client and candidate calls and emails quickly, efficiently & with accuracy
- Successfully train new consultants and make sure they maintain KPI's
- Build relationship with new clients and maintain them with current ones
- Manage branch office resources, equipment and stationery
- Oversee security and compliance
- Achieve targets as specified
- Contribute to the development of strategic, business and financial plans
- Implement operational plans for Recruitment Services
- Analyse, monitor, evaluate, and report business & staff performance
- Help develop marketing plans
- Monitor branch vehicle, diaries, logbooks
- Manage all leave applications and return to work plans
- Manage compliance towards ISO 27001 + Right Fit for Risk at a branch level
- Ensure operations are conducted ethically, fairly and within statutory, legal and contractual requirements
- Ad hoc admin as requested
Skills and Abilities
- Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM experience
- Ability to manage and hit business targets and performance standards
- Be confident in providing advice at an Executive level
- Have the ability to analyse and implement strategic tactics – both business and financial
- Be able to think proactively – especially within a marketing prospective
- Be analytical i.e. able to monitor, evaluate, and report business performance
- Work with individuals/stakeholders at all levels and from all backgrounds
- Have a good sense of humour!
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM experience
- Current driver's license essential
- 2-5 years (at minimum) managing a team/business at a SENIOR level
- Have worked to KPI's or targets
- Current national police clearance & Working with Children (WWC)
- Experience in managing a team and upholding + exceeding targets
