- Highly regarded Director & General Manager who complement each other
- Running 4 property managers
- Small portfolio of 120 properties (no routines or leasing)
- Overseeing most Exit & Entry inspections, Applications, Sign-ups, Lease renewals
- MONDAY - FRIDAY - NO WEEKENDS!!
- WFH flexibility
- $$$ above market salary + super + car allowance
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Must have current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable motor vehicle and Drivers' License
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
