We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we are looking for a Team Leader to join our team. It is a full-time, permanent role, based in our Bentley office.

What’s the role?
As a Team Leader your primary responsibility will be to manage the team and clinical workflow related to the provision of health services in both clinic, home and community settings in the Bentley area. You will work with the team to ensure individual and overall contract requirements are met, and collaborate with Team Leaders across the organisation, and partners, in offering comprehensive services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the delivery of clinical services for your catchment area and manage a range of different funding streams, including NDIS and private sources
Providing overall team direction and management, and involvement in staff recruitment, selection, training and client allocation
Controlling administrative operations such as managing and directing enquiries, staff recruitment planning, expenditure on supplies and equipment, managing the facility
Demonstrate leadership, line management and support for the effective delivery of services to meet the relevant area KPI’s and employment conditions for employees.
Ensure effective planning and delivery of attributable hours to meet service delivery and outcomes within the contract conditions and reporting requirements for the team.
Ensure the quality of services meets all relevant clinical standards and policies and strive towards continuous improvement.
Initiate the ongoing development and implementation of service delivery plans and outcome measures across the whole service for the team.
Ensure the allocation of client caseload meets regional requirements, outcome and contract requirements and is cognisant of staff clinical expertise.
What’s required?
Mandatory
Hold tertiary qualifications in your relevant health discipline, as well as registration with the relevant governing body
At least 5 years’ experience as a health professional
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously, and with a wide range of stakeholders including parents, teachers, general practitioners, health service providers and government and non-government agencies, both in person and over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible and patient manner
Desirable
Experience managing an allied health team
At least 5 years’ experience in the disability sector
Experience using a Client Records Management (CRM) system
