A bit about the role
As the Team Leader for Business Systems, you will lead and support our business partnering team, by driving outcome focused technology solutions in line with identified needs and opportunities for improvement.
You will be supporting and optimizing Business Systems associated with rates, regulations, and infringements. This role will play a pivotal part in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless operations within these critical areas. We highly value prior expertise in working with a council’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
As a leader within our organization, you'll play a crucial part in steering and cultivating the team's capabilities, empowering them to deliver effective, forward-thinking solutions.
What you’ll deliver
- Provide strong leadership and support to our high performing business partnering team
- Identify and implement solutions using supported change management practices
- Demonstrated capacity to proficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively managing day-to-day operations alongside concurrent project demands.
- Work closely with leaders around the organisation to identify priorities across Business Systems
- Refine and enhance the integration across Business Systems to support the organisation
What you’ll bring
- Proactive results driven attitude, motivating and inspiring others to create exceptional business outcomes
- Experience working and leading high performing systems projects and/or teams
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Well adapted communication skills, being able to liaise with stakeholders across the organisation, influence and inspiring decision making
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Commerce or Business with demonstrated experience in specialist service field
- A positive, curious and flexible mind
