Title: Team Leader, Community Development, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $104562.55 to $121518.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:The key focus areas of this role include:
- Provide leadership and management of a team that delivers a range of Community Development activities, programs and partnerships, including project planning, budgeting, delivery, evaluation of community outcomes and monitoring of work plans.
- Lead and support the team in actively contributing to sector forums and interagencies, developing collaborative partnerships and programs that strengthen the social services sector.
- Work collaboratively across Council to provide a holistic approach regarding Community Development.
