The role of Team Leader Community Programs is to oversee the day-to-day work and functioning of the team undertaking operational work or service provision, and to collaborate with others to complete the programs and projects of the section. This will be achieved through coordinating and directing the Community Programs team, to develop and deliver quality services, programs and initiatives with the aim to meet community priorities, build community capacity and improve quality of life for the Central Coast community. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community. This role provides a salary range of between $96.3k to $115.5k per annum + 11% superannuation. A vehicle may be provided for official duties and private use leaseback in accordance with Council’s Vehicle Policy. Alternately a vehicle allowance of $200.97 per week ($2,612.50 per quarter) is also an available option. A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
