Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to all team members while fostering a positive and supportive culture. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to lead by example, nurturing the team to achieve high performance.
You will thrive in developing an in-depth knowledge of are-able’s programs and a strong understanding of the local labour market and employer needs. You will be required to develop strong ongoing relationships with local employers and the ability to succeed in a target-driven environment. Your high organisational skills and attention to detail will support the administrative and compliance tasks required in the role.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this rewarding role, you will be a passionate and driven individual with well-developed people skills. You will be an exceptional communicator who can negotiate and resolve conflict when required. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role and experience in building networks in the local community will be highly regarded.
