Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 6 Forklift Drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.
- Coordinate daily activities, including loading, unloading, and inventory management, to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize workflow processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, equipment maintenance, and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Driver, with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Valid forklift license and a thorough understanding of forklift operation and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
