Job Description: 

• Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children in indoor and outdoor environments, documenting and extending children's learning. 
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community. 
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations. 
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.  

Essential Skills and Experience: 

• Diploma or Above qualification
• Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). 
• Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
