The opportunity
RDNS Silverchain are looking for a passionate and experienced Resource Coordination - Team Leader to join the team at Keswick on a full-time basis. In this role you will lead and support the Resource Coordinators to ensure efficient, effective, customer focused service is consistently offered.
In this true leadership role, we are looking for a driven and innovative person who can work cooperatively and collaboratively with the team and Manager, Rostering & Scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor the Resource Coordination team
- Undertake Resource Coordination activities as and when required
- Ensure systems and processes are consistent across identified services
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within Silverchain Data Management Systems
- The ability to monitor and improve the day-to-day operations
- Provide a positive and collaborative team environment
- Drive workload balance between demand and optimised schedule outputs
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure cohesive service delivery to our clients
About you

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead, delegate, support, coach and mentor an effective team
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable to facilitate effective employee communications and demonstrate and assess skills and competence
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of resources to ensure an effective and efficient rostering/scheduling health service
- Demonstrated analysis skills to ensure the integrity of data and contract compliance
- Build a positive team environment through the demonstration of good communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate peer support
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team always with a team focus to participate and contribute to the success of the service and organisational objectives and vision
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing scheduling within an optimised resourcing tool is desirable
