This role will see you leading and mentoring a team of revenue professionals in their daily work, work plans and assignments. You will be supporting and leading the team with resolving ratepayers and other stakeholder enquiries whilst ensuring the delivery, accuracy and timely processing of all aspects of Council's rating processes.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Key activities of this role include:
- Lead and manage operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments to team members to ensure desired outcomes are met
- Understand and apply legislative and policy provisions to Council’s rating structure to ensure a high standard of customer service and communication
- Resolve enquiries and complaints in accordance with approved organisational standards.

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $96.3k to $115.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 11% superannuation.
A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role, with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
