We are currently seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Full Time Retail Security Team Leaderto join our team at Plumpton Marketplace in Plumpton, NSW 2761 - who can demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing security service at our client's retail site, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.
The roster for this position is Monday to Friday - 0600 to 1530.
The role is to commence immediately!
Role Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Current NSW Full Security Licence
- Apply First Aid Certificate
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in supervisory/leadership role
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
