Your Team
The Service Centre is part of the Colonial First Operations team responsible for servicing Member/Clients and Advisers on all platforms.
You will be responsible for developing and leading a team to exceptional performance, to produce an exceptional quality of work and providing accurate and timely information within our agreed service levels and partner expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of highly skilled consultants delivering quality interactions, exceptional service focused on promoting digital self-serve and quality interaction aligned to service expectations
- A strong focus on imbedding a culture of high performance through the execution of active management principles to ensure all service standards are achieved or exceeded.
- Managing the day-to-day requirement of your direct reports and the broader Service team
- Actively promoting and driving a culture of first contact resolution
- Actively managing performance
- Opportunities to drive continual improvement across process, our service offering and platform features.
Your Capability and Experience
- Minimum 5 years people leadership experience
- Experienced operational leader with proven record leading high performing teams within an operational environment
- A strong understanding of operational metrics, technology, and workforce management principles
- Previous Contact Centre experience desirable
- Background in Banking and Finance preferred.
- Proficient in uplifting performance through effective coaching and performance management strategies
