Address Our client who is a leading builder of automotive air conditioning compressors is looking for a Technical Key Account Manager based in Sydney. This role will sit in the Hot Water heat pump business unit. Commencing with existing HWHP business in NSW/ACT, then assisting with QLD:
Reviews, analyzes and executes the agreed Mid Term Plan (MTP) Sales strategy for HWHP to achieve corporate goals/visions.
In coordination with the Marketing & Business Unit Manager develops and monitors/updates FY24 sales forecasts (ie. Monthly) appropriately, using the system.
Achieves FY24 sales volume targets, as agreed with the MABUM.
Assists MABUM in selection and appointment of new Normal and Loyal Dealers, in NSW/ACT and QLD
Develops and delivers sales presentations to Dealers and key clients.
Meets with Dealers and key clients, understands their needs, maintains/develops relationships and negotiates and closes deals.
In coordination with the MABUM, directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Advises Dealers and clients concerning sales and lead generation/business building techniques and provides product/technical training to the Dealers. Also, in coordination with the MABUM, represents the company at Consumer Home Show/Trade association meetings, to promote product range.
Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, areas of proposed client base expansion, together with competitor activity and feedback from Key Dealers.
TECHNICAL:
Where required, develops ECO Refurbished G3, G4 & G5 Heat Pump units, in accordance with set work and stock procedures and suInspects ECO Heat Pump and components returned by customers to determine cause of failure and warranty liability. Inspections to be in line with procedures outlined in procedure manual and relevant work instructions. bmits paperwork to MABUM for approval, before returning to stock.
In conjunction with the MABUM, inputs ECO Warranty spreadsheet entries and approves ECO Warranty invoices, via M Files, for an agreed list of customers.
Runs test equipment in line with the relevant work instructions procedures.
Carries out regular maintenance on inspection equipment and reports any faults. Assists as needed, to convert component parts.
Writes up warranty inspection reports, for all required ECO warranty issues, as required.
Liaises with Dealers and consumers, to respond to warranty inquiries.
