National Business Development & IT Applications Manager - Respiratory Diagnostics

  • Global Company | Pioneering breathing technology & integrated solutions – Respiratory Diagnostics
  • Location: Sydney| Hybrid Work arrangements| National Position (interstate travel involved)
  • Salary 105-120k+ 20k car allowance + Commission
  • Project manage capital implementations including hardware installation and software integration into the hospital network. A field-based role with extensive visits to customers to understand needs, identify and capture and close sales opportunities.

Position

This role is responsible for selling the RDx portfolio of products in line with prescribed targets and managing installation and hospital network integration of the respiratory diagnostic product range, providing IT and software support and solutions for customers, and maintaining detailed market information and customer product information.

Markets include Public and Private Hospitals and other healthcare facilities or businesses within ANZ. Achievement of targets, customer satisfaction and support, and management of customer IT and software networks are key measures along with collaborative teamwork with local team personnel to help drive business growth and success. The position reports to the Country Manager ANZ

  • Project manage capital implementations including hardware installation and software integration into the hospital network.
  • A field-based role with extensive visits to customers to understand needs, identify and capture and close sales opportunities.
  • Territory management to ensure appropriate visit cycle to existing customers and development of new customer contacts and opportunities.
  • Strategically prioritize activities with key clients based on their buying cycles.
  • Develop proficiency in respiratory diagnostic hardware, software, networking, and hospital integration.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers in hardware operation, with clinical assistance as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with hospital and client IT and biomedical teams to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of product IT networks.
  • Partner with the Country Manager to establish clear and achievable quarterly and annual goals.

Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has 3-7 years of experience in IT industry, Medical Devices & Sales and looking to make their next step in their career.

  • Previous experience in managing IT and software installations and upgrades.
  • Previous experience in selling and providing support for IT and software solutions.
  • Sales/ BD background or a keen interest in the health/medical sector are preferred.
  • Knowledge in IT and networking infrastructure and data workflow efficiencies
  • Product implementation and support. Selling and supporting IT and software solutions
  • Collaborative skills to support clients and project manage product implementations.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.
