What will you do?

It’s not a traditional BA Role! You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of workflow improvements including gathering multiple internal stakeholder's requirements, building the improvements, testing them, and Go Live activities (UAT & Training and Roll Out). Whilst making these short-term improvements you will be tasked to streamline overarching processes and to reach specific business objectives that play a big part in the organisation's scaling.

We are seeking a person to work within a specific team that will own the process improvements (end to end), someone who is more than happy to get their hands dirty, do the work, and not just document it. You will be responsible for:

  • Working within a team of highly skilled technical and functional IT professionals
  • Gathering requirements from the business stakeholders and prioritizing them
  • Building out the new / updated flows in our Salesforce workflow engine
  • Testing / UAT and Rolling out the e new improvements
  • Reviewing overarching and low-level processes and recommending improvements
  • Working with the latest open-source technologies, which are applied to serious business problems with multi-million dollar impact
  • Participating in and/or facilitating regular team activities such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases
  • Working in a team to storyboard and prototype proposed new systems

Who are you & what will you bring?

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • A good understanding of the Salesforce architecture
  • Salesforce embedded workflow experience is highly regarded
  • Advanced Salesforce configuration experience working with SalesForce Lightning Components (Including Lightning Web Components), SFDX, and SalesForce tooling
  • Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Extensive experience with process analysis on a complex technology stack
  • Experience of “Hands-on” Salesforce configuration
  • Software Testing & UAT Experience
  • Ability to Create and Execute Training for end users
  • Collaborative work style; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability for results
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Full legal rights to work in Australia
  • Strong in verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
