Location: Perth MetropolitanRCR Mining Technologies has an exciting career opportunity for a Technical Officer to join our Off-Site Repair (OSR) team for Fixed Plant, based at our Welshpool Workshop.The OSR team at RCR Mining Technologies supports clients with the repair, installation and maintenance of rotable spares and mobile/Fixed Plant and equipment.As the OSR Technical Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that on-site and off-site overhauls for the Fixed Plant are performed safely and in the time with project activities.You will use your mechanical expertise and leadership skills to provide ongoing technical support to our clients on their fixed and mobile plant assets, engaging with offsite repairs and onsite maintenance teams and co-ordinating workshop and site-based teams on repair work and new manufacture/upgrades.To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A Mechanical Trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Australian Driver’s licence
• At least 5 years experience in off-site maintenance/repair
• Previous experience leading multi-disciplined skills and trades
• Experience working with Feeders, Conveyors, Pumps, Valves, Hydraulics, Crushers, Vibrating / Rotating Screens, Scrubbers, Trommels, Mills and Hoppers / Chutes
• A strong commitment to a safety culture
• MS Office computer skills
