Technical Officer - Systems and Planning

Our City Cleaning unit are on the lookout for a Technical Officer –Systems Planning, to join their team currently located at the Miami Depot. The team is responsible for keeping our city clean, including litter removal, street sweeping, cleaning infrastructure and open spaces.
How you’ll make a difference
You will provide technical support for various projects and tasks, including the creation and updating of manuals such as the City Cleanings Operations Manual (CCOM) and the combined Run Sheet manual.
Other responsibilities also include conducting audits, managing procurement, engaging in SAP business planning, participating in contract management, data management, facilitating communication among internal and external staff, providing support to external customers, coordinating infrastructure for events upon application, managing service level agreements, and spearheading initiatives related to asset maintenance operations within the department.
The position is also required to oversee the safe, effective, and efficient management of relevant City staff and contract services, and the associated depot operations.

What you bring to your new role
C Class Drivers Licence (unrestricted).
General Construction Induction White Card.
Certificate in Business Management or equivalent experience in a similar field.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders.
