We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about arboriculture and looking to be part of the team that tend to our beautiful open spaces on the Gold Coast.
How you’ll make a difference
- Undertake tree inspections for the City's established trees and assessing tree removal/works applications within the City's open space regions and road network.
- Participate in identified training programs to increase skills and knowledge, contributing to the continual improvement of the section.
- Take pride in your work, having passion for our City and constantly improving your landscaping skills with opportunities and learning about new techniques and plant equipment.
What you bring to your new role
- You hold a Diploma in Arboriculture or related discipline. (Mandatory)
- You hold a C Class Unrestricted Drivers Licence and WHS General Construction Induction Card.
- You have high level customer service and communication skills, a can-do attitude and you thrive in a team environment.
- You possess a high level of motivation and adaptability, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment.
