ALG currently has exciting opportunities for Technical Records Officers to join a prominent national airline. In this role, you will take charge of ensuring that all regulatory compliance documents are accurately recorded in the system and meticulously archived in accordance with CASA regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve all safety and regulatory compliance targets.
- Act as a Safety Leader within the organisation's CAMO.
- Demonstrate dedication and leadership in occupational health and safety (OHS) through participation in meetings, inspections, promotions, and other relevant activities.
- Uphold compliance with safe working practices.
- Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountability as outlined in company Policies and Procedures.
- Comply with all responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies.
Operational Deliverables:
- Ensure the expeditious handling of any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs daily.
- Assist the Team Leader in collecting data for necessary reports.
- Conduct regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
- Escalate complex issues that impact component change completion.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in effective communication and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with departmental processes and procedures.
