A day in the life of a Sales Consultant: Provide timely and high-quality administrative support to customers, external sales team, and management. Drafting Quotes and
Orders, correspondence via phone and emails to customers. Assist during the implementation of company projects and initiatives Provide other general support and various administrative duties as required About the ideal candidate: Demonstrated competence of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Project
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy of data and information Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to investigate and resolve general issues High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Experience in using ERP & CRM systems would be very welcomed. Experience in similar roles or prior welding experience would be highly valued.
