- Offset Experience: Previous experience in offset printing is desirable, with offset metal printing expertise considered a valuable bonus.

- Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives to expand our customer base and revenue streams.

- Market Share Expansion: Play a pivotal role in increasing our market share in the metal coating business segment.

- Learning and Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the metal coating business and stay updated on industry trends. The company will provide sufficient training in areas that need improvement.

- Project Oversight: Oversee existing projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Colour Matching: Utilize your colour matching ability and colour management knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to customer specifications.
