Role Description
Global Health Limited is seeking a full-time Technical Sales Specialist/Business Development Manager in its Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role, featuring some work from home flexibility. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the sale and support of Electronic Medical Records, Patient Administration Systems, Patient Engagement Portals and Patient Engagement Applications
Responsibilities
- Provide support on the use and configuration of Electronic Medical Records, Patient Administration Systems, Patient Engagement Portals and Patient Engagement Applications
- Working with identified company prospects, specifically in Community Health, Private Hospitals and Mental Health sector.
- Working with clinical decision support platforms.
- Setting up, demonstrating and supporting consumer personal health engagement platforms.
- Maintaining an accurate CRM record of prospect contact details and activity.
- Making contact with the suitable target individuals within a prospective client or existing customers.
- Working with identified company prospects.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
- Carrying out pre-tender and tender evaluations and processes
Qualifications and Requirements
- In depth knowledge of device and digital integrations.
- Remote Patient Monitoring Experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience.
- Experience working with HL7 integrations and FHIR APIs
- Applications experience on Medical/Diagnostic/Home Care systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Biological Science
- MSc or PhD desirable
- Experience using CRMs such as Hubspot
