This is your opportunity to work as a Technology Field Supervisor, overseeing a team responsible for implementing and supporting CAT Technology Solutions across the Hastings Deering territory. Reporting to the Technology Field Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of 40 Field Specialists with potential for future growth, working across 50-60 customer sites. This role requires strong leadership, time management, organisational skills, as well as excellent customer interaction and interpersonal abilities.

Day to day
- Supervise the overall Minestar Field service delivery function, ensuring service excellence for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Minestar Implementation team to ensure service delivery of implementations are met with compliance to Safety and Project plan
- Manage WIP (Work in Progress), Warranty & Service Call Compliance
- Managing safety compliance, fatigue, risk and journey management
- Build and nurture customer relationships, identify and communicate potential opportunities, mitigate friction points, and promptly resolve or escalate disputes
- Oversee the onboarding of team members and facilitate consistent support and information sharing to ensure adherence to company standards and industry/technical regulations
- Manage the performance, development, coaching, and training plans of the Technology Field Service Team tailored to individual skills
- Strategic future planning, identifying opportunities in the market or growth opportunities for department
