Based in Rydalmere, due to business growth, a new and unique opportunity has become available for a Salesforce Technology Specialist / Consultant. We are looking for a Salesforce Technology Specialist to work with internal and external Salesforce expertise and meet company CRM objectives for a 12-month fixed term.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Organise, plan, and manage Salesforce projects to meet business objectives
- Design, operate and integrate salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Manage multiple stakeholders engagements and work with associated team members to facilitate business process analysis sessions.
- Develop. update and maintain current salesforce service cloud environment
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Based on business needs and requirements, develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, design approaches, application design, and configuration alongside solutioning, technical evaluations, testing and deployment.
To be successful in this role you must offer the following:
- 3-5 Years working experience in Salesforce with strong focus on Salesforce sales/service cloud.
- Exposure to Marketing cloud is desirable.
- Background in CRM process design and implementations
- Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit
