Simmonds Steel is looking for a temporary Administration Assistant for 2 weeks from 12th-25th June.
The duties will included
- First point of customer contact at reception
- Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Checking and responding to emails
- Taking eftpos payments
- Processing job files
- Entering orders in MYOB software program
- Updating spreadsheets in Excel
- Some knowledge of the steel industry would be an advantage.
Some training will be provided however, intermediate excel skills, experience in MYOB cloud based systems and excellent verbal communication is required. This will be a 2 week temporary position with possible future long term employment.
