SalaryWe have a vacancy for a motivated professional ideally residing in Sydney to join our Home Respiratory team as a Territory Manager covering both NSW and ACT. This is a permanent full-time position with regular travel with the designated territory reporting directly to the National Business Manager, Home Ventilation.
This dynamic sales role will see you working closely with the Respiratory and Acute Care sales team within NSW. The focus of this position is to develop a deep understanding of the Home Respiratory field with chronic respiratory patients at the forefront.
You will be engaging with Respiratory Physicians, Pulmonary Rehab Teams, Community Health/ HITH teams, Breathlessness Clinics, and other hospital/ community-based services. You will be involved in promoting, educating, and evaluating our humidification technology to improve care and outcomes of chronic patients in the home.
About you
As the ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate an inquisitive and resilient attitude, adept in engaging in clinical and robust discussions while confidently exploring new concepts and challenging current treatment norms to improve patient outcomes.
You should have strong communication skills and a relationship building mindset. You will show initiative and resilience through your experiences whilst having empathy and passion to improve the lives and outcomes.
You may be from a nursing/healthcare/technical background and have a strong desire to enter a sales environment or you may already have some sales experience and can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts.
