- This QLD Territory Manager position drives sales in Brisbane, South Brisbane to Gold Coast in Qld, within a particular product portfolio, through building and managing great relationships with hospital customers. You will report to a Business Unit Director based in Sydney.
- The role will be focused on growing market share through the identification and development of sales opportunities, working through the sales pipeline to close deals.
- You will be the main point of contact for your customer base building and managing strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers to push positioning in the market utilising your influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
- You will develop and close new business opportunities with existing and new customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term plans to achieve region objectives.
- You will monitor and report on current market intelligence, competitor activity and customer interactions and represent the organisation at conferences and customer events.
- You will maintain customer and account management details in Salesforce.com, including accuracy in the sales funnel and regular reporting of territory performance and business management opportunities is key to this role.
- You will be the product expert to drive clinical practice.
- Bachelor Degree in related field, nursing, science or similar. Clinical experience will be highly regarded.
- 4+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in ICU and/or anaesthesia, (not mandatory), with good tenure, with a demonstrated track record of sales achievements.
- Or you may have a clinical background as an anaesthetic tech with sales experience in another industry.
- Prefer strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, strong clinical aptitude.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail.
- You will have full Australian working rights and be fully vaccinated against COVID.
