- Build relationships with key store staff to facilitate the achievement of our clients' objectives using appropriate influencing skills
- Ensure all retail sales staff in your territory are equipped with the knowledge to actively sell & promote our client’s products through regular store visits and scheduled training sessions
- Identify outlets for retail sales staff training and demonstrations
- Ensure that all client products and promotional POS materials on sale in your territory are current and stock levels are maintained
- Build and merchandise displays as required during seasonal events
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail role
- You will be resilient and able to manage competing priorities
- You are results oriented with a demonstrated history of previous business success
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- A valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle
- Ideal candidate will be located in or around Adelaide North CBD
