About the Role
As one of Australia’s leading Iron Ore producers, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Town Coordinator to join our Onslow Iron Project! Open to local and Perth based applicants.
Reporting to the Village Operations Manager, the Town Coordinator will be responsible for property and tenancy management for our residential housing at Onslow. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in handling third-party contractors and be confident in delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections to uphold compliance with health and safety standard
- Implement and ensure strict adherence to MinRes accommodation standards
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requirements seamlessly
- Foster regular face-to-face engagement with customers to enhance service quality
- Stakeholder engagement
