About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Training Assessor to join our esteemed client's team based in the Pilbara. The position is a permanent opportunity, FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 Roster. Looking to start as soon as possible. Flights, accommodation, and meals provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and field-based on-the-job training to direct and indirect personnel.
Schedule and perform assessments to the required standards.
Provide guidance, training, mentorship, and support to direct and indirect personnel.
Process training needs analysis.
Work independently in remote locations with limited supervision.
Demonstrate good collaborative, influential, and team-oriented approach.
Be flexible, adaptable, and resilient in working within a dynamic environment and meeting business demands.
Maintain a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times.
Skills and Experience:
Cert IV TAEwith proven assessor experience
Experience working on all levels in training and assessing
Experience in concrete or similar industry desirable
Good collaborative, influential, and team-oriented approach
Current C Class driver's license
