As a Training Assistant, you'll serve as the cornerstone of our training team, delivering vital logistical support and ensuring the smooth coordination of tools and resources for our classes.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical support for necessary tooling and training aids
- Design and upgrade training aids to meet the RTO standards
- Maintain cleanliness of training facilities
- Obtain quotes for training aids and equipment promptly
- Organize and maintain functional tool storage
- Coordinate repair of tools and equipment
- Ensure safety equipment, including eye wash stations, is maintained
- Assist in machine repair for training aids
- Conduct safety inspections with OH&S team
- Support reception/training administration when required

What we are looking for:
- Hold a Certificate IV TAE40116 in Training and Assessment or its equivalent (preferable)
- Trade qualified in Mobile Plant Technology (e.g., Certificate III in AUR31216/AUR31220) or equivalent (preferable)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with management, staff, and customers
- Technical aptitude relevant to the industry
- Possess a current High Risk Work Licence for Forklift operation
