YOUR NEW JOB
This role is perfect for someone who wants to step beyond the traditional 'trainer' role and help design comprehensive training programs. As the Training Coordinator, you will have the freedom to implement preferred training programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement training programs for 200+ employees.
- Engage in the planning process for training, including identifying needs and gaps.
- Handle administrative tasks, including booking external courses and updating registers.
- Deliver effective and interactive training programs that engage all participants.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage training activities.
- Collaborate with all departments for a cohesive training approach.
- Proactively manage continuous improvement related to training.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, certificates, competencies, and licenses.
ABOUT YOU
With a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant trainer and assessor qualifications, you will ideally have experience within the manufacturing, mining, or heavy industrial environments along with:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Sound administration skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed team.
- High level of customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude is essential.
