We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator and facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, assisting with developing and delivering training programs to ensure the success of our employees.

Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.
About the role
- Work with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials that align with organisational objectives
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and resources
- Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives for projects
- Facilitate training sessions for groups of employees
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collect and analyse feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement
- Use evaluation data to make recommendations for future training programs
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to assist with maintaining, scheduling and reporting on courses, training sessions and team member attendance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities in the Talent Management System (TMS)
- Ensure that training records are in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Follow up with managers on training compliance and completion
- Support the coordination of procedures such as on-boarding, induction
- Provide support and guidance to Learning Administrator
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
About you
We are looking for Training Coordinator with the following qualifications, skills and experience.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination and facilitation
- Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate training events and logistics
- High level of proficiency and expertise utilising Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems and training technologies
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot
- Strong reporting, computer and presentation building skills
- Comfortable delivering training to groups of up to 30 people
- Positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to exercise great judgement and/or seek help to solve problems
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience with creating Scorm packages & Articulate software
- Experience in Disability sector, Health Care or Not-For-Profit
