This requirement is inside the Business Enablement Team of a Large Digital Transformation Program at our client from the Energy and Utilities sector.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Training Coordinator, ideally with experience in coordinating training tasks for the Enterprise Assets Management (EAM) system and some energy and utilities sector experience.
The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and administrative tasks related to training, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The Training Coordinator will work closely with field staff and the change team to coordinate training activities for the product Maximo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise training sessions and workshops
- Coordinate with trainers and field staff to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources.
- Maintain training calendars and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing and preparing training materials, managing attendance records, and processing training-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective training delivery.
- Proven experience in training coordination, preferably within the energy and utilities sector.
- Understanding of Workforce and Assets Management (Ideally IBM Maximo) for training management and reporting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
