About the role
As the Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for the company. You will work closely with department managers, human resources, and safety personnel to identify training needs, design effective programs, and monitor their success. This position is ideal for a people-centered individual who is passionate about cultivating talent and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and deliver all training requirements for the business
- Schedule and coordinate training requirements
- Monitor employee training progress and provide feedback
- Manage and coordinate business training requirements with external training providers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities
- Ensure that training programs comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Qualification in Education, HR, Training, or a related field or willing to obtain
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination or related role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Knowledge of training program design and evaluation
- Professional attitude to your work, and leading by example.
