As the Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of training and education that can break the cycle of poverty and improve the economic prospects of marginalized and underdeveloped individuals. Working with a variety of internal and external partners, you’ll be based at our beautiful site in Ermington and have the opportunity to make a real impact in the world of training and development.
In this role, you will have the freedom to work autonomously and as part of a team, seeking out new business opportunities, discussing training needs with clients, and identifying learning and development needs to support the preparation of top-notch training programs. Your eye for detail and desire to create compliant yet creative programs will help learners seize opportunities and transform their lives.
You’ll be supporting existing workers in expanding their skills and career pathways, while building strong relationships, taking initiative, and supporting growth. You’ll have access to a laptop, mobile phone, and pool vehicle, giving you everything you need to support your team in meeting financial, organizational, and customer service targets.

To become part of the Wesley Training team, you will need to have a current driver’s licence and possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential criteria
demonstrated ability to build networks and maintain business relationships
highly motivated to promote training products and services to achieve KPI’s
detail focused
demonstrated ability to work as part of a small busy team
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to coordinate and manage multiple training programs at a time
understand the Australian Quality Training Framework, its requirements for training delivery and compliance
have Registered Training Organisation experience or understanding.
Desirable criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110
VETTRAK experience
an understanding of ASQA and the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations
previous experience in a similar role.
