Training Development Officer - accredited training - ASX listed organisation
Your new company
This ASX listed organisation delivers essential services and infrastructure to communities across Australia. They are looking for a Resource (training) Development Officer to join their team in Brisbane and help them to create high-quality training resources for their accredited courses.
Your new role
You will work with subject-matter experts and use your training design skills to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for various delivery formats, including online. You will also ensure that their training and assessment resources comply with the national VET standards and systems and align with the training package frameworks, whilst coordinating their LMS learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have experience working within the VET sector and developing accredited training materials,
You will also have:
- A solid understanding of training and assessment methods and strategies
- Experience in training design and development
- Experience in designing and developing vocational education assessment resources.
- Experience in converting training materials into online compatible formats.
- Be looking to make an impact in a collaborative team and be comfortable working with stakeholders across an organisation and discussing training needs.

This is a contract role till the end of June initially, but with the intention that the right person will convert to a permanent employee.
