Tasks & responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Contract Administration.
- Updating and maintaining clients' files and electronic filing.
- Assist in the coordination of company functions
- Assisting in general office administration.
- Preparing and managing payments.
- Additionally, you will be supporting the travel consultants with flights and travel-related tasks.
- Furthermore, you will be expected to help all teams within the office with ad-hoc duties.
