Qualifications & experience

  • Confident & comfortable communicating and liaising with new and existing clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to multitask and manage workloads and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements of the travel industry.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Updating and maintaining clients' files and electronic filing.
  • Assist in the coordination of company functions
  • Assisting in general office administration.
  • Preparing and managing payments.
  • Additionally, you will be supporting the travel consultants with flights and travel-related tasks.
  • Furthermore, you will be expected to help all teams within the office with ad-hoc duties.
