Job Description
Actively seek business development opportunities and build strong working relationships to support successful training solutions in line with client requirements
Drive growth through the achievement of delegate numbers and sales revenue targets
Effectively convert inquiries, brochure downloads and past delegates into sales
Regularly manage an up to date and reliable sales pipeline
Working with the team to provide the best customer experience for our clients and partners new and old
Liaise with our expert trainers to clarify client questions about course content
Maintain and keep sales database up to date
Be a trusted advisor / problem solver during all planning and communication - with clients and team members
Collaborating in a team environment, giving ideas and working collectively to grow our division
Competencies / Skill-set
The ability to communicate effectively to a senior client audience
Motivated self-starter with the capability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
Client-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients and partners in developing, designing and delivering customised training solutions
Excellent listening and consultative selling skills, looks to understand first and only then to be understood
Analytical proposal proofing and editing ability
Ability to work unaided and as part of a team
A strong relationship builder
A proven ability and desire to work in a target based environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of working with and managing a database system
Qualifications
Excellent listening and communication skills, especially over the phone
Effective persuasion and negotiation skills
