Tetris Labour Hire specialises in the recruitment and provision of industry specific and skilled labour to clients across a range of sectors with a focus on Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics Industries. Our client specialises in cold chain solutions for FMCG products, they're a leading provider of integrated refrigerated transport, cold storage and logistics services.
Our client's mission is to build and sustain a safe and encouraging environment, where people are trusted, challenged, rewarded and recognised. We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator, to be a part of the team! Or you may be someone who comes with extensive administrative experience within Warehousing but is keen to hit the ground running and learn more about the Transport & Logistics Industry! Full training will be provided.
SHIFT ON OFFER: AFTERNOON12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and MUST be willing to work on a Saturday (1-2 Saturdays per month)
Qualifications & experience
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience as a transportation administrator or from a similar industry will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration abilities
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills
- Provide excellent customer service and have proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing shipping documents and Runsheet debriefing
- Handling customer queries and escalating complaints
- Scheduling transportation services and print con notes
- Support Transport Allocator by tracking and reporting progress with orders and collaborating with drivers and other departments to optimise transportation services
- Complying to transportation regulations and company policies
