The position of Storage & Transport Administrator at GFG Cold Storage is a Full Time Salary position.
We have a number of exciting initiatives on the horizon at GFG so need someone who comes to us with strong experience, great time management & a proven track record in driving efficiency & systems.

The role of the Storage & Transport Administrator – your role covers a number of duties including administering a portfolio of storage clients,
Also involved will be adding value to our customer experience utilising the tools, training & best in industry experience you bring to the business and given.
The role will support both the Godden Distribution business & the GFG Cold Storage business to help coordinate the smooth running of 3PL orders as well as the transport of goods to our clients when required.
This role is pivotal to the success of the business and our clients. You will be required over time to work/assist in the implementation of key processes & procedures to gain efficiencies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
1. First point of contact for incoming 3PL deliveries
2. Action incoming orders & Inquiries when required
- Order entry
- Order substitutes/change
- Stock Movement process
- Location allocations
3. GFG Cold Storage (3PL business) Administration
- Container Scheduling
- Transport Scheduling
- Container Crew Scheduling
- Labelling & Pallet Identification
- Problem Solving
- Investigation of stock errors & discrepancy
- Pick & Pack when required
4. Systems
- Carton Cloud Storage Warehouse management system
- Navision ERP
5. Communication
- Issues/Opportunities to the internal team
- Shift Handover
6. Coordination
- 3PL Clients
- 3PL/4PL Inventory accuracy
