Hr Manager

Clearlight Saunas International is the world’s leading provider of infrared saunas, integrating science and technology to create a complete health and wellness system. We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate HR Manager to join our team. 
Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will be key in developing and executing our growing company's HR operational and administrative infrastructure. You will be the point person for all day-to-day HR support for the business and be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the employee experience. 

This is an exciting opportunity to build cohesive approaches to the HR capability and function. Through a robust operational framework, you will develop and support ways of working that allow us to function with excellence and scale efficiently with grace. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career to grow and develop into a senior HR manager. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HR systems, procedures and policies to support the company’s technology and business expansion goals.
• Administer employee benefits, support finance with payroll, and liaise with global HR partners to support our international teams. 
• Cultivate a workplace culture that embraces innovation, problem-solving, and exceptional communication across global teams.
• Ensure employment law compliance across the different jurisdictions in which we operate. 
• Support and advise managers on all aspects of employee experience management. 
• Run with hiring initiatives to spearhead the company's people's growth.

 Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for exposure to international teams. 
• Highly competent in HR policy, procedures, and talent acquisition employee relations
• Proficiency in modern technological tools (e.g., Google, ASANA, Slack and HRIS) and a willingness to embrace new technologies, tools and systems. 
• Experience advising and coaching managers on performance management, feedback, goal setting and team/culture dynamics.
