Working closely with the administration team you’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, monitoring in-coming phone calls, diary management, lodging tax returns, collating financial packages and generally being the office go-to!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Managing email inboxes
- Update and maintain client database
- Booking meeting rooms
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Preparation and distribution of client correspondence
- Lodging tax returns
- Scanning and filing
- Provide administrative support to Accountants
- Ad-hoc administration as required
About You:
- You will have a minimum of 18 months experience in public practice accounting
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Outstanding customer service
- A “can do attitude”
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn
