The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills with some experience in sales desirable. Knowledge in the Dental industry is an advantage but not essential. The job is full time with hours spread over 5 days in a 6 day working week. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our clinic's success by managing patients treatment plans, online leads, engaging with potential patients, and coordinating appointments from the plan. All training will be provided and the successful candidate will need the the ability to prioritise their daily schedule and work independently while taking the lead in driving results. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with potential patients to understand their dental needs and concerns. 2. Provide information on treatment options, costs, and financing the treatment. Humm finance knowledge an advantage 3. Follow up on online leads promptly and professionally. 4. Convert dental treatment plans into booked appointments. 5. Coordinate and schedule appointments for dental treatments. 6. From time to time, be available to do any other tasks directed by the dentists or The Area Practice Manager. 7. Meet the KPI standards for treatment conversions set for each Clinic.
