We're making this happen by improving our customers' financial wellbeing so they can achieve incredible things - be it buying their home, building a business or saving for things big or small.As Tribe Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative and operational support to the leadership team as well as the wider Tribe/Domain/Portfolio community. You will support 3 executives, Portfolio Performance Lead, Self Service Adoption (SSA) and Service Operations Engineering (SOE) and their respective LTs (as required).This role is accountable for:
- Managing the efficient running and operation of all aspects of the Executive's office including mailbox, calendar, travel schedule and all associated logistics such as visas, transfers and accommodation.
- Be the conduit between problems and solutions by building your knowledge base to be able to assist Tribe members where required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both within ANZ and externally
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Supporting and co-ordinating the cadence and operating rhythm of the area. This may include managing Tribe/Portfolio/Domain activities, supporting the planning process administratively and assisting the Tribe Performance Lead with logistics or events.
- Autonomous and proactive management and prioritisation of the Executive's time in relation to business needs, ensuring all key meetings are set within appropriate timeframes and required briefing materials available in advance
- Managing all costs and expenditure in line with internal ANZ policies and compliance practices
- Invoice processing and corporate card expense management including monitoring of direct reports expenses to ensure adherence to ANZ policies and compliance timeframes
- Management of all necessary HR processes and PeopleSoft changes to ensure accurate position and people data, employee changes, recruitments, exits etc
- Maintain accurate records in the Gift and Entertainment register for the Executive

- Experience managing small projects, initiatives or events
- Experience in supporting multiple executives and dealing with a large team in a large corporate/company is desired

- Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
- Diploma of Business (Secretarial); Graduate Certificate in Business Administration; or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management
