Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Real EstateTrust Accountant to join our team. As a Trust Accountant in our agency, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records for our property transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of trust accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing funds, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions related to trust accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support audit processes
- Monitor and enforce adherence to trust account guidelines and best practices
