To become an Investment Executive / Manager, you will have started your career in an investment role, with a
focus on TV buying. You'll want to continue developing your buying skills, get more client facing exposure and
learn about the full go-to-market solutions at an integrated agency.
You will possess a strong background in TV buying and campaign management. You will be responsible for the
day-to-day management of TV campaigns, as well as support in other ATL channels, ensuring the highest quality
of service and campaign delivery to achieve business goals for clients including MG Motors, Nutralife Vitamins,
DeLonghi, and others.
In this role you will be critical to the effective operation of our highly integrated agency, collaborating heavily
with creative teams to create truly holistic & innovative campaigns that deliver real and meaningful results for
clients.

The Nuts-and-Bolts Job Description
Key Tasks:
- Leading the media implementation across TV, supporting implementation in radio, OOH & other channels as required
- Managing buying for identified client accounts. This includes everything from presenting a recommendation to buying and campaign reporting on an ongoing basis.
- Develop a deep understanding of your client's category to have an enhanced understanding of their communication needs.
- Ensuring that the campaign is informed by genuine insights and delivers on key objectives.
- Sharing knowledge with the team and clients about the latest developments in media.
- Generating appropriate reporting (competitive, performance tracking, budget reporting, contract management, marketplace trends). Ensure reporting is actionable and insightful, and that they report on set strategy/objectives
- Manage the project timeline and workload for each campaign.
- Directly responsible for financial management of clients campaigns.
- Liaise with media partners to establish and maintain strong alliances with sales management
- Administrative and financial management and accountability
Finance, admin & reporting
- Manage the preparation of client documentation and financial reconciliation for booked campaigns
- Managing the media bookings and supplier invoices including managing budget forecasting and account queries.
- Monitor client expenditure versus campaign MBA
- Approve and analyse all client account queries and ensure these are answered within agency guidelines.
- Ensure that activity, that is personally booked, is loaded into financial systems accurately
- Ultimately responsible for managing the accurate and timely delivery of media reporting

The salary offered for this role starts at $80k excluding superannuation
